So I’ve officially returned to the world... ish. I’m not exactly sprinting into the season, but I’m definitely poking my head out of my cozy little cocoon with increasing curiosity. There’s sunlight in the mornings, more birdsong than I know what to do with, and this weird urge to dance around the house like I'm in a coming-of-age indie film.
My bearthday is 30 days away, which always feels like a second new year. Another spin around the sun. Another chance to set intentions that actually reflect the version of me who’s grown through the muck, the stillness, the quiet wins, and the loud lessons.
And because I’m feeling the realities of turning 35, I’ve been thinking a lot about the energy I want to bring into this next personal chapter. I want to celebrate my holiday by prioritizing renewal.
So here’s the vibe I’m calling in:
Joyful discipline (structure with softness)
More rest and more presence
Play that feels sacred, not performative
Community moments that feel like medicine
